Sexual workouts are just like any other type of workout but you are focusing on your endurance, flexibility and stregnth.

During sex your heart rate can get up to 120 to 140 beats per minute...and that is when it is really getting good. You don't want to start gasping for air and the bottle of Gatorade at this point!

Jogging is the easiest and cheapest ways to get your endurance up. No gym membership required! Don't be fooled into thinking that you can not run 3 to 4 miles without a problem. (Of course, check with your Dr. first).

It may take some time but you can do it. Whenever you get tired, just think about how good the sex will be when you can comfortably last for 40 minutes at a time!
