Gaining too much weight can accelerate the decline in testosterone levels that accompanies aging, a new study shows.

Although hormone declines appear to be an integral aspect of the aging process, rapid declines need not be dismissed as inevitable.

Men's testosterone levels fall as they get older, which may contribute to health problems such as diabetes, loss of bone and muscle mass, and sexual dysfunction.

To better understand how much of the decline in testosterone over time is due to aging and how much might be related to health and lifestyle changes, the researchers looked at data for 1,667 men 40 to 70 years old followed from 1987-1989 to 2002-2004. They were able to gather data for the entire time period on 35 percent, or 584, of the men.

Sharper declines in testosterone occurred among men who developed a chronic illness during the course of the study, those who lost a spouse, those who began taking six or more medications, and those who quit smoking, the researchers found.

And adding 4 to 5 points to one's body mass index (BMI) — a tool used to determine how fat or thin a person is — resulted in a drop in testosterone levels similar to that seen over 10 years of aging.

Click for related content
Don't call it male menopause

On average, the men experienced a 14.5 percent drop in total testosterone levels for every decade of life and a 27 percent reduction in free testosterone, but when the researchers looked at a subset of men who were completely healthy throughout the course of the study, declines in total and free testosterone were 10.5 percent and 22.8 percent, respectively. This suggests, the researchers say, that a "substantial proportion" of testosterone decline is due to changes in health.

"These results suggest the possibility that age-related hormone decline may be decelerated through the management of health and lifestyle factors," they conclude.

Ed Bagley
Sexual Performance Coach
African Fly

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

If you do not get the hard erections that you used to then get your bottle of "Liquid Sex" today and save some money for your next box of condoms.

African Fly is on sale now with your
Fly Zones Member Discount!

Start the action anywhere except the bedroom. The same old place is too conducive to the same old patterns. Explore some new erogenous areas: The kitchen. The bathroom. Quebec City. Your bodies will be in new places, making it unlikely that you'll follow old routines.

Go canoeing or hiking.
Adding a touch of danger to the day will stimulate dopamine in her brain, triggering her sex drive. She'll see you as the cause of the excitement, as well as the source of security. Book a B&B for the afternoon dry-off and you're set.

Feed her black licorice.
Bring it along when you're watching a Clooney flick. Black licorice has been shown to speed up her genital bloodflow by 40 percent, says Ava Cadell, Ph.D., a sex therapist and the author of Love around the House.

Explore new regions.
You've heard about her nipples and vagina? Good. Now spend some time on the back of her neck. It's a brave new world of nerve endings, so gentle caressing and kissing are all that's needed.

Have her ditch her underwear during dinner.
The naked secret you now share will linger through dessert, says Pepper Schwartz, Ph.D., a sociology professor at the University of Washington and the author of The Great Sex Weekend.

Talk dirty in public.
Lie on a blanket in a park, with people all around, and whisper your fantasies to one another, sparing no detail. You'll create sexual tension, but there's safety because there's no possibility of sex then and there.

Kiss for 12 seconds.
A long, lingering smooch reintroduces you to each other. Give her two a day: one in the morning and one as soon as you're home. Mouths open, arms around each other. Kiss like that for the rest of your lives and passion will never fade.

Use a chin rest.
Nothing jumpstarts her like oral sex, so put one pillow under her hips and another under your chest. It's easier for her to then adjust her knees and legs. Rest your chin on your fist, and use a finger to put pressure on the bottom of her vagina to heighten the sensation.

Go ahead and stare.
Lavish praise on the lilies and you'll be invited back to the garden. So concentrate on a favorite body part and talk about how beautiful she is. Make her feel sexy by thinking and saying she's sexy.

John Masters
FlyZones

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Get your bottle of "Liquid Sex" today and save some money for your next box of condoms.

African Fly is on sale now with your
Fly Zones Member Discount!

The More Sex
More Often
Guide

When it comes to having sex...

The hard part isn't having sex. It is everything leading up to the point where you are having sex.

The next challenge is getting there again.

You guys know we emphasize practicing sex...but that can be a problem if you keep missing practice. You would get cut from any team if you only practiced once a week.

So we pulled our cast of writers, perverts, ladies, professional sexual athletes and somebody's mother into the same room to get a list of what it takes to get to your ultimate goal...

More sex more often...good sex that is!

The Finer Points of Seduction

Have a Game Plan
Show yourself as a man with a plan. For dinner. For the picnic in the park. For the urgent lunchtime quicky at your place.

Make Her Want to Have Sex
Buy her lingerie and asks her to wear it for you immediately. Then feed her either before or after sex. The best way to a woman is through her stomach too.

Grab Your Best Love Making Music
Carry those Barry White CDs with you to her place--music that inspires her to action. Know just the right tunes to get her going.

Gifts and More Gifts...Sex Gifts That Is
Bring her sex toys as little gifts and get her to try them out right then. Don't go for the crazy stuff to quick. You want her to want to have sex...not call the police.

That Chivalry Stuff Works Too
Observe the classic etiquette as if it's second nature, not a self-conscious attempt at chivalry. Open the car door for her and just make her feel special...always a turn on.

At a restaurant, give her the seat facing into the room, not the wall. Ask her what she'd like to eat and then order for both of you. You manage the whole dining situation with one goal in mind...

Make her comfortable, satisfied and looking forward to the rest of the night.

Beep, Cell and E-mail
Use all available technology to rev up the flirtation when you are apart. Then you can drop little sex hints along the way. That way she will get ready for you!

You're a Virgin
Spare her the details of your past love affairs. Simply sum it up in one line: "We weren't right for each other."

Don't probe for specifics of her past affairs--especially not for sexual details or number of lovers. Sometimes you just don't want to know!

Use Your African Fly
All of this is useless if either one of you is not in the mood. AF breaks down the shyness and brings out the sexual attraction.

Bedroom Moves Like a Sex Professional
Undress with a sensual ease. Remove your T-shirt with one fluid movement, by putting one arm back, yanking the shirt from the collar.

Practice going from clothed to naked in seconds and never gets caught in your shorts and socks.

Learn how to unlatch the trickiest bra or bikini bathing-suit top, from the front-hook version (pull together and down) to the snap-back closing (push sides in opposite directions until they snap apart and lift off).

The biggest trick about the bra is assertiveness. If you lightly try to get that bra off, you will be there for a while. If you are agressive and can't get it off...you look like you are really excited about seeing her, so she won't mind doing it herself so you can get to her breast.

Flattery, Flattery and more Flattery
Tell her what you love about her body. Pick out something unique. Every guy has told her about her tits and ass. Look for the details. Eyes, toes, hair, lips...get creative.

Better Safe Than Itchy
Don't whine about using a condom. Hey Buddy, it is the year 2008...wrap it or lose it.

The Day After
Observe proper morning etiquette: get up and dressed and walk her to her car or flag her a cab, even if you are almost asleep.

The Follow Up Call
Make that morning-after call! If you want a repeat session to happen any time soon...then act like it. Let her know how good it made you feel.

After sex flattery goes a long way.

There is no time like the present to set yourself up for some good sex. Look to the left. Is that the phone? Pick it up and call her now...

OK, make sure you have your order of African Fly ready and then call her.

Either way, you have got to get your game plan into action. You've got the play book...now get out there and SCORE!

Have fun out there guys,

John Masters
Fly Zones Magazine

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Get your bottle of "Liquid Sex" today and save some money for your next box of condoms.

African Fly is on sale now with your
Fly Zones Member Discount!

The Sex & Love Connection

The Power of Oxytocin

We have talked about how dopamine can break couples apart, but there’s also something holding couples together…at least at first. The neurochemical that binds couples together is oxytocin, the "cuddle hormone" or "bonding hormone."

Without it, we could not fall in love. Falling in love is associated with a soup of neurochemicals - like adrenaline, which makes your heart race, and dopamine, which makes you crave your beloved.

But the heartwarming, loving, "gushy" aspects of love are due to oxytocin. It is the "unconditional love" hormone associated with nurturing and generous affection.

Oxytocin has various functions in the body, such as inducing labor contractions and milk ejection, but from evolutionary biology’s perspective, its main evolutionary function is to bond us to our children for life. It also serves to bond us to our mate…at least long enough to produce a child and (if we're lucky) get it on its feet.

Friendships are also built on oxytocin, and can be quite deep bonds. Yet, what happens to friendships that turn into sexual relationships? Often things change for the worse. This change is an excellent example of the neurochemical shift or hangover kicking in. As things go sour, something is interfering with oxytocin’s bonding effects.

The good news is that oxytocin is the loophole in biology’s plans for our love lives. This is the secret that the ancient sacred-sexuality sages stumbled upon. Making love with lots of affection, without the dopamine-driven highs and lows of conventional sex, seems to keep oxytocin levels high.

The more oxytocin you produce, the more receptive you are to it. This is the opposite of dopamine. Addicts need more and more of a drug, which, of course, which actually means they need more and more dopamine.

Luckily you don’t need an ever-increasing "fix" of oxytocin to maintain the same gushy feeling. In fact, your partner just looks better and better…at least to you. This is why this practice can strengthen your bond with your mate.

When researchers injected oxytocin into the brain of a promiscuous breed of rodent, it preferred familiar partners to unfamiliar partners. Dopamine and its hangover are the keys to promiscuity, whereas oxytocin is the key to monogamy.

Oxytocin has huge benefits, both emotionally and physically. Oxytocin is the answer to the question, "What is the mechanism by which love and affection positively affect our health?"

• Oxytocin reduces cravings. When scientists administered it to rodents who were addicted to cocaine, morphine, or heroin, the rats opted for less drugs, or showed fewer symptoms of withdrawal. (Kovacs, 1998)

• Oxytocin calms. A single rat injected with oxytocin has a calming effect on a cage full of anxious rats. (Agren, 2002)

• This quality of oxytocin explains why companionship can increase longevity - even among those who are HIV positive (Young, 2004).
Or speed recovery: wounded hamsters heal twice as fast when they are paired with a sibling, rather than left in isolation (DeVries, 2004).

• It may also explain why, among various species of primates, care-giving parents (whether male or female) live significantly longer. (Cal Tech, 1998)

• Oxytocin appears be a major reason that SSRI’s [Prozac-type drugs] ease depression, perhaps because high levels of cortisol are the chief culprits in depression and anxiety disorders. (Uvnas-Moberg, 1999)

• Oxytocin increases sexual receptivity and counteracts impotence, which is why this other way of making love remains pleasurable. (Pedersen, C.A., 2002), (Arletti, 1997)

Again, notice that oxytocin reduces cravings and increases sexual receptivity. This allows making love without orgasm to be completely satisfying. The affection is always there, flowing between you and your partner.

When we tiptoe around dopamine’s highs and lows, we encourage more oxytocin receptors and actually re-wire our brain, getting pleasure from a different cocktail of neurochemicals. Understanding the power of oxytocin suggests how sexual relationships can heal.

Testosterone and the
Sex Drive Formula

Why so many men are stuck in neutral

Washington, DC, August 2003 - Bill Edwards has slowly but surely been joining the ranks of 8 million men in the US who have lost their sex drive and don't have a clue as to why. The answer lies in what gave Bill, now 40, his sex drive to begin with…

Testosterone.

Although testosterone is generally the hormone blamed for every male based activity, from beer guzzling to Kobe Bryant like activities (both on and off the court), few people really know how testosterone functions.

The effects of the gradual loss of testosterone on sexual performance can be devastating to men when it is going or gone.

Sex drive producing testosterone is what separates the boys from the men and the men from the older men. During puberty, testosterone levels are at their lifetime peak.

They begin to decline around the age of 23 and decreases rapidly after age 50 (to 20% to 50% of peak level by age 80). Despite the stereotype that women are more likely to dodge sex, it's often the men who decline.

The latest testosterone research by leading urologist shows that testosterone produces...

1) Increased growth of body hair, beard growth, deep voice, and development of the penis, aggressiveness, sexual behavior, libido, and the maturation of sperm.

2) Accelerated muscle buildup, speeds up regeneration, and speeds up recovery time after injuries or illness. It also stimulates the entire metabolism which results in the burning of body fat.

Normal testosterone levels maintain energy level, healthy mood, fertility, and sexual desire.
The lack or loss of testosterone, however, causes increasing memory loss and mild mental confusion emerging in middle aged men.

This decreasing testosterone and increasing estrogen levels begins in the late thirties or early forties. A decrease in testosterone can cause diminished libido, erectile dysfunction, muscle weakness, loss of body hair, depression, and other mood disorders.

Testosterone also acts as fuel for erections. It is the burst and burning of testosterone that powers erections. Without a good supply of testosterone, erections are inevitably weaker.

Why is this happening?

Disease, injury, surgery, and drug side effects can cause testosterone deficiency. Some research points to the increased levels of estrogen used in poultry to create larger breast meat that we eat will stay in the body.

There are also pesticides and insecticides that mimic estrogen in the human body. Combine that with a general lack of testosterone producing physical activity and many men's systems are becoming hormonally unbalanced.

The results are usually first evident in the sexual arena, since most men tend to notice when they are less sexually active or don't have the sexual stamina that they once had.

While many people attribute a decline in sexual activity through the years to older age, there are some things that can be done to battle Father Time's testosterone sapping power.

What men can do about it

Run, walk, jog, swim or whatever type of exercise that you can do consistently and that is enjoyable. The primary word is consistently. You have to keep at it!

By exercising your body sees the need to increase testosterone output and will begin to do so. That is why it was possible for Michael Jordan to make a come back. The male body will slow down on the testosterone output...but it won't stop.

You can use exercise to push your testosterone output up and have you burst and burning for some serious love making.

Don't take this too far or too fast. Always check with your Dr. before doing any intense workout sessions. When you get yourself to the point that you are breathing in and out at a rapid pace after exercising, your body kicks in with the extra testosterone.

You can also use natural testosterone enhancing supplements. When it comes to sex, many men are turning to Viagra. The problem is that Viagra cuts off the blood from leaving the penis thereby causing an erection, but it does nothing to help release testosterone.

African Fly (www.africanfly.com) , a natural liquid sexual energy formula that promises to stimulate testosterone in the body, has been sold in 30 countries to over 15,000 men.

It also pumps more blood into the genital region for stronger erections. The herbal formula works for men who have sex related issues like diabetes to men who simply want better sex.

So what happens if you don't workout or use testosterone enhancing supplements? That's simple...nothing.

If you don't give your body a reason to pump out more testosterone it won't. If you do workout and use African Fly your testosterone level will shoot up and you will have enough erection fueling testosterone to last longer.

The difference is very obvious for Bill Edwards and his wife Nancy. Their sex life and marriage has taken on a whole new energy. Nancy is enjoying the change.

"I now have more of a reason to encourage him to work out and take his supplements. He hasn't been this frisky in years!"

Charles Wright , Fly Zones Staff Writer

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Don't miss a day of using African Fly.
Erection Stamina
Staying Up For as Long as You Want

It's the eternal quest: How do you increase the size, strength and stamina of your erections? African Fly is the boost you need nutritionally but if you follow the realistic tips below, you can maximize your erection on all fronts.

These tips could come in handy when you know in advance that you're going to have sex, as you'll be well-informed and prepared. You can make your penis go the distance instead of being a "one and done" guy.

1- Eat well
Raising a massive erection is an expensive proposition for your body. Blood and hormones all take up valuable nutrients. So good nutrition is key for those looking to having sex multiple times. Carbohydrates, being the building block of energy, are essential.

Our sexual needs require eating carbs and plenty of them! Pasta and bread are solid carb sources. You also need to ingest zinc every day. Zinc is vital for production of testosterone, seminal fluid and sperm. You can find this mineral in liver, seafood, peas, and beans. Or take a zinc supplement.

Avoid high fat meals before sex. Excess fat intake lowers testosterone levels in your body, decreases libido and makes erection and ejaculation more difficult. And an unhealthy diet may lead to poor circulation and hence erection problems. Avoid overeating and stuffing yourself before sex.

If you're going out for dinner together, don't gulp down a five-course meal with wine and dessert, at least not if you know you're going to have sex later on that night. Eat at least one hour before sex so you are properly digested.

2- Get positioned properly
Sexual positions where you are on top, like missionary and doggy style, allow more blood flow and a bigger, sturdier erection. It's gravity, simple as that.

So don't do it in positions with her on top at first. The tug of gravity will drain the blood from your erection. Having her on top also gives her control of the movement, so it may lead to your loss of control in well more than one way.

3- Limit your sensitivity to go longer
The classic way to limit oversensitivity is to wear a condom, which you should be doing anyway. If you don't need to wear a condom with your woman, you can try focusing on other things.

Periodically take yourself out of the scene mentally if you think you're going to lose control. The trick is to transport your mind away just long enough to avoid ejaculating too early, but not lose your erection.

5- Manage any medication you are on
Medication for some ailments such as depression, social phobia, OCD, and anxiety are more and more common these days. These medicines are murder on your erection. If you're on these types of drugs, work with your doctor to make sure you're not over-medicated, or it's goodbye sex life.

6- Save your strength
Don't tire yourself out too quickly in the sack. If you exhaust yourself, your erection is going to feel like a marshmallow. Know your limits.

7- Calm your nerves
Too much anxiety and nervous energy can shrink your penis like a cotton T-shirt. Unfortunately, sex is often riddled with anxiety resulting from a negative body image or concerns about having a small member.

This "stage fright" always seems to happen at the worst possible time, like the first time with someone new. So it's pretty essential that you find a way to make yourself comfortable if you're prone to bouts of nervousness during sex. The best way is to practice with many different women until you're comfortable (I kid, or do I?).

8- Exercise, exercise, exercise
Do abdominal exercises. This will help your abdominal muscles support and hold your erection, as opposed to holding your belly. Furthermore, if you have a large gut, it tends to make your unit small by comparison. Being in shape and having a good physique will make you feel good about yourself and up your confidence.

This will, in turn, make you comfortable with your body, enticing you to have sex and increasing your sex drive. You can also give your penis a workout with some Kegel exercises. While there's no hard evidence that they will produce a larger size, they will help you stay hard longer.

9- Don't smoke & drink to excess
Smoking cigarettes gives you bad circulation. And when you want to get down, the blood's gotta be flowing. So there's one more reason to quit. Drinking too much alcohol numbs your wiener and can inflate your prostate. So don't tap the keg if you want to tap her.

10- Don't masturbate too often
You want to save your money-shot for Miss Right, not Mr. Five Fingers. If you ever needed an excuse not to masturbate, that's it. This calls for a little self-control and most of us have that, right?

Michael Ward, Fly Zones Staff Writer

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Don't miss a day of using African Fly.
The Testosterone Secret:
The Fountain of Youth is In Your Blood

As a man ages, the cells that secrete testosterone begin to wear away. Because of this, between the ages of 40 and 70, the average man loses nearly 60% of the testosterone inside of his body! Other lifestyle factors, such as overtraining, stress and alcohol, can cause testosterone levels to drastically decline.

Many men don't recognize the key symptoms of testosterone deficiency which include:

Decreased mental sharpness
Decreased energy and strength
Decreased muscle and increased fat
Decreased sex drive
Decreased sensitivity to stimulation
Decreased strength of orgasm
Decreased erectile function
Depression and/or loss of eagerness and enthusiasm
Irritability (20-25% of men – heard of “grumpy old men”)
Increased risk of cancer (low testosterone levels increase risk)

In some cases, there may also be a gradual decrease in the size of the sex organ. Eventually, imbalances of testosterone can set the stage for the development of even more serious diseases.

If a man were to live to be 90 years old, he could potentially have as little of 10% of the testosterone in his blood that he had when he was 20. This decline is sometimes medically referred to as adult onset hypogonadism. In younger males, it is simply hypogonadism.

The process that occurs during aging is not a straight forward decline in testosterone levels. For men, simultaneous with lower testosterone production is an increase in Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG).

Produced in the liver, SHBG makes testosterone inactive by binding it to fat cells. When testosterone is bound, it becomes Bound Testosterone (BT) and unable for bioactivity or use in the body. Free Testosterone (FT) is the type of testosterone that is available for bioactivity.

The decline is less dramatic than Menopause in women, because it is not the result of the decline of an organ's function. Regardless of whether overall testosterone levels decline, an increase in BT over FT is often associated with Andropause symptoms.

Studies have clearly shown that increased testosterone levels has a beneficial effect overall health, weight, libido, and energy in men. In particular, BT is noted as promotionally causal of prostate cancer. Herbs which unbind BT can be beneficial to maintaining overall prostate health.

Like estrogen, women also produce testosterone in the Ovaries. It is for this reason that scientists now believe that some of the symptoms of Menopause are actually related to Andropause in women.

For example, improper testosterone levels have very specific results on weight gain, mood and libido disorders in women. Moreover, studies have shown that women who supplement with TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) will often see improvements in these three areas.

However, a woman generally needs only 1/10th the testosterone a man does. Too much testosterone can cause a host of negative side effects. This is the danger underlying TRT for women and the rational behind why many choose to use less evasive herbal methods to improve Andropause conditions.

Testesterone and the
Mid-Life Crisis

For year’s men who were experiencing physical and emotional changes assumed they were going through some sort of midlife crisis. Researchers now suggest these men were probably experiencing something quite different, a reduction in testosterone.

While most men do not want to accept the fact that the very hormone that makes them a man is decreasing the sobering truth is that as many as 25 million American males between the ages of 35 and 55 are experiencing some degree of male menopause or Andropause.

Andropause is characterized by decreased testosterone levels associated with the normal aging process. What are some of the Symptons of Male Menopause/Andropause?

1. Decrease in sex drive
2. Lack of energy
3. Decrease in strength and/or endurance
4. Decreased "enjoyment of life
5. Sad and/or grumpy
6. Erections less strong
7. Deterioration in sports ability
8. Falling asleep after dinner.
9. Decreased work performance
10. Depression

Testosterone replacement therapy is the primary treatment for men with lowered testosterone levels. This treatment is still quite controversial considering the risks associated with this form of replacement therapy.

Men and their doctors often weigh risk to reward when considering this type of therapy. Testosterone injections, while reducing Andropause symptoms may also increase stroke risk, liver toxicity, gynecomastia (enlarged breasts) and temporary sterility.

Is there a natural answer?

Many researchers and satisfied users of herbal formulations give a yes to this question. These over the counter supplements will naturally boost testosterone levels while reducing Andropause symptoms without the negative feedback associated with hormone replacement therapy.

These formulas help your body produce more of your own testosterone, instead of adding testosterone from an outside source, which can shut down the natural production of testosterone which will put you in worse shape after you stop the injections.

10 Sexual Techniques
to Change Your Sex Life

If your sex life is not where you want it to be then you need to take a step up in the evolutionary sex chain.

Here is a list of our top suggestions for making your sex life better. These pieces of advice are timeless.

Your approach to sex

all right! It's time to hop into your head right quick and do some realistic thinking. Are you really enjoying sex? Do you really want it to be better? If you are reading this then it is a good chance you are. But…

Are you really doing anything about it?

Sex is an area that is really confusing when it comes to our approach. Everyone acts like you are just somehow supposed to know what to do. Not true at all! For me, sex truly got better after I started STUDYING it.

You drive everyday like you were taught to drive...like an everyday driver. Professional race drivers were taught to drive like professionals. Change your approach to sex by studying. You will become a true sexual genius.

Your sexual planner

Planning sex? Isn't it supposed to be spontaneous? Ok buddy…let's get a grip. Life has way too many distractions to just act like you and your partner are going to:

1. Have time free
2. Not be tired from a long day that was supposed to be short
3. Be to busy de-stressing

I won't even get into the kids, money, social obligations… (I'm going to stop now before I get depressed). You get the picture.

Sit down with your partner and plan some "us" time. On Saturday by 4:00pm you two will take time to yourselves to unwind and prepare for the night. By 6:00 get together and have a good relaxing time. By whatever time feels comfortable let your passion loose like a wild bronco.

Plan your sex and work your schedule. Oh happy day…and night!

The warm up

This is the part just about everyone skips and the results can be terrible. Sex is an aerobic activity. Your heart rate goes up, your moving at a fast pace for long periods of time…I'm surprised it's not an Olympic event.

Do some jumping jacks, stretch, jog in place…take it into the next room if you don't want her to see. Truthfully both of you should be doing it. In the heat of passion we may forget. But stopping in mid-stroke because your back or legs cramped up…

That will kill any chance of enjoying yourself. Proper warm ups allow you to try new positions and angles. You will even last longer without all the extra aches that usually come with it.

Sexual diet

I'm going to say it up front…use African Fly as a sexual supplement. Point blank - it works. But it is definitely not the only thing you need to know about a good sexual diet.

Remember the rule? Don't swim right after eating. The same applies to sex. It takes your body the energy of a full workout to digest a meal. Having sex right after eating is like doing 2 work outs back to back. Your performance will be lower.

For your best in bed you should eat fruits about an hour before sex. Your body will digest the food quickly and give you an energy rush to ride that bronco.

Fantasy Island

Picture the sex ahead of time. What do you want to try this time? Got a new position, location or outfit you want to try? 80% of sex is really in your head. That is why people can have wet dreams.

For some guys this is easy. For the rest of us…go ahead and take a good five minutes with your eyes closed. No masturbating though! That's cheating. You want to keep your body and mind primed for that "father of all orgasms"!

Is everybody ready?

This is a serious question that many people don't think about. Are you really relaxed? Are you prepared to have a good sexual work out? Did you go to the bathroom???

Go to the bathroom!? That's right. Did you let go of that wine yet? It sounds simple and it is. The less pressure you have from your bladder the better. For guys with premature ejaculation issues, this technique will get you an extra 4 to 5 minutes of riding time.

Getting in the mood

Try to remember every time you ever had sex. Go ahead…I'll wait.

OK partner! Come back to reality.

What you probably remember are the times that were special. A hotel room with a Jacuzzi, when you pulled off on the side of a country road, a bubble bath and massage rub down by candlelight. Take the time to get yourself and your partner in the mood.

What do they like? What turns you on? Set up that time to remember.

The body part check list

I have quite a few female friends who give me advice on what they like or don't like about men and sex. High on the list of sexual no-no's…

Stink
Disgusting - I don't feel the need to shower - stink! You have the smell only a mother could love…then she told you to get your own place.

Lotion
It's winter. Dry skin feels…well, dry.

Hair
Especially if you want oral sex. You don't want her to stop every 10 seconds to spit out your pubic hair. Also, your 5 o'clock shadow may be sexy - but scratchy stubble in between her thighs is not cute.

Open your mouth and…

Scream! Shout! Moan! Bark out orders! "…go to your left…Oh yeah…right there…please don't stop!"

These are the words of a person truly enjoying sex. It may not work for everyone…but it is worth it's weight in gold. In the middle of sex you will come across a new sensation that feels wonderful.

Don't waste that feeling by keeping it to yourself. Let her know, so she can continue doing what pleases you.

The scoreboard

How do you tell when your favorite team is winning? You check the scoreboard. How do you tell when sex is getting better? Use your scoreboard.

The scoreboard is really just a sex diary that helps you keep track of what works for you and what doesn't. After using this technique, I found out that eating a spinach salad along with taking African Fly gave me a huge amount of energy during sex. Who knew?

I use my scoreboard to remember what I did during the day that lead up to a spectacular night of sex. This is the secret of all great athletes. Write it down! Was it that new fragrance she was wearing? Did the oil massage get you ready, willing and able?

Don't just trust your memory. Take notes. Keep it handy to review. Treat your sexual education like a degree in college. In the end you will have absolute fun with your Masters in Sexology.

These 10 techniques may sound simple but when you put it all together you can improve your sex life instantly. Don't waste time...try it tonight!

Make every sexual encounter one to remember!

Michael Ward
Fly Zones Staff Writer

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Push your testosterone levels up for harder erections, sexual stamina and sexual health with African Fly.

African Fly is on sale now with your
Fly Zones Member Discount!

The Latest in Sperm Research

Your size and your sperm count

Beer bellies may take a toll on men below the belt, not just around it. Men who weigh too much are more likely to have poor sperm quality, research on nearly 1,600 young Danish men has found. Being too thin is a problem, too.

The sperm study was done by doctors at various hospitals and universities in Denmark involving 1,558 men, average age 19, who volunteered to give a semen sample.

Sperm counts, sperm concentration, semen volume and other measures of sperm quality such as shape and motility were measured, along with testicle size and hormone levels. Researchers also calculated each man's body mass index, a measure of obesity that takes into account height and weight.

Scores for men with healthy BMIs _ between 20 and 25, or 139 to 174 pounds for a man who is 5-foot-10 _ were compared to those of men above and below that range.

Sperm counts and sperm concentration were 28.1 percent and 36.4 percent lower respectively in underweight men. The same measures were 21.6 percent and 23.9 percent lower respectively in overweight men.

Why this may be happening is unclear.

"Low BMI can result from a 'healthy lifestyle' but may also be due to many chronic diseases," the authors write. The biological explanation or mechanism also may be different in underweight and overweight men, they note.

"It may be an alteration in hormonal values," said Dr. Anthony J. Thomas Jr., a Cleveland Clinic. Men produce and need a certain amount of the female hormone estrogen. Fat cells produce estrogen, so too much or too little of it may be a problem.

"There's a balance, and that balance is the milieu in which sperm develops," Anthony said.

Other research suggests that smoking and heavy alcohol use also harm sperm production, he said. The new study is a reminder that doctors should always check a man for signs of infertility when couples are having trouble getting pregnant because the problem is just as likely to involve men as women.

Michael Ward, Fly Zones Staff Writer

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Don't miss a day of using African Fly.

Tips for Good Shower Sex

Your own personal Water Park

Name the biggest sex toy in your house. Nope...it's not that thing. It is your shower. You can find one in just about every home and every hotel around the world.

You can do a lot more exploring when you are showering during sex. It combines heat, pressure, moisture, and friction, all in one device.

It's even better than other sex toys because it doesn't require batteries, and is self-cleaning. Plus as one women says...

"It's amazing when my partner presses my breasts against the cold tile while entering me from behind; my whole body gets completely aroused." - Kelly

Of course, a shower stall in a luxury hotel is the most fun for such slippery escapades, what with all those free soaps and lotions, big mirrors, and soundproof walls.

But a humble at-home tub shower can work well, too, with a little care and a lot of hot water. You have the equipment; how you use it is up to you.

She'll surrender herself in the shower. There's something very releasing about water. But that is just the half of it...

To further enhance the molten mood, impress your shower companion with these moves.

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Don't miss a day of using African Fly. Order your supply today and save some money for your next box of condoms.

African Fly is on sale now with your
Fly Zones Member Discount!

No "Slip and Falls" During Sex
The first thing you want to do for shower sex is place a rubber mat on the shower floor to put your sexual positions on a solid footing.

Dress it Up
Wear your bathing suits into the shower! It may sound weird but when else do you get the chance to take the bathing suit off of your partner like you have wanted to do to the Sports Illustrated models?

Set the Mood
Candle light shining through the steam and off of wet bodies is going to turn anyone on. There is nothing like making your sex toy look good.

Use Body Wash Instead of Soap
Sensually scrub each other using body wash; it creates more suds and is easier to handle than soap. Try Philosophy Pumpkin Pie 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body-wash gel ($16, sephora.com). Pumpkin-pie scent significantly increases bloodflow to the penis.

Giving Head in the Shower
She'll love you nearly as much as her hairdresser if you massage her scalp. Start with her shoulders, then knead her lower neck and work your way up to her scalp. Try a shampoo with cucumber scent--like Ecoly Cucumber Shampoo ($12, ecoly.com)--which enhances female arousal. Or find an exotic scent like jasmine or patchouli, mentioned in the ancient Kama Sutra.

Moisten Here
A woman's natural lubrication will often be washed away in a shower, so many couples use a lubricant. Without it, sex may be uncomfortable for her. Water-based lubes (like Embrace or Astroglide) are fine in bed but won't hold up in water.

What is the sexual response cycle?
The sexual response cycle is the sequence of physical and emotional changes when a person becomes sexually aroused and participates in sexually stimulating activities, including intercourse and masturbation.

Knowing how your body responds during each phase of the cycle can enhance your relationship and help you pinpoint the cause of sexual dysfunction.

What are the phases of the sexual response cycle?
The sexual response cycle has four phases: excitement, plateau, orgasm and resolution. Both men and women experience these phases, although the timing usually is different.

For example, it is unlikely that both partners will reach orgasm at the same time. In addition, the intensity of the response and the time spent in each phase varies from person to person. Knowing these differences may help partners better understand one another’s bodies and responses, and enhance your sexlife.

Phase 1: Excitement
General characteristics of this phase, which can last from a few minutes to several hours, include the following:

• Muscle tension increases.
• Heart rate quickens and breathing is accelerated.
• Skin may become flushed (blotches of redness appear on the chest and back).
• Nipples become hardened or erect.
• Blood flow to the genitals increases, resulting in swelling of the woman’s clitoris and labia minora (inner lips), and erection of the man’s penis.
• Vaginal lubrication begins.
• The woman’s breasts become fuller and the vaginal walls begin to swell.
• The man’s testicles swell, his scrotum tightens, and he begins secreting a lubricating liquid.

Phase 2: Plateau
General characteristics of this phase, which extends to the brink of orgasm, include the following:

• The changes begun in phase 1 are intensified.
• The vagina continues to swell from increased blood flow, and the vaginal walls turn a dark purple.
• The woman’s clitoris becomes highly sensitive (may even be painful to touch) and retracts under the clitoral hood to avoid direct stimulation from the penis.
• The man’s testicles are withdrawn up into the scrotum.
• Breathing, heart rate and blood pressure continue to increase.
• Muscle spasms may begin in the feet, face and hands.
• Tension in the muscles increases.

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Get your bottle of "Liquid Sex" today and save some money for your next box of condoms.

African Fly is on sale now with your
Fly Zones Member Discount!

Phase 3: Orgasm
This phase is the climax of the sexual response cycle. It is the shortest of the phases and generally lasts only a few seconds. This phase includes:

• Involuntary muscle contractions begin.
• Blood pressure, heart rate and breathing are at their highest rates, with a rapid intake of oxygen.
• Muscles in the feet spasm.
• There is a sudden, forceful release of sexual tension.
• In women, the muscles of the vagina contract. The uterus also undergoes rhythmic contractions.
• In men, rhythmic contractions of the muscles at the base of the penis result in the ejaculation of semen.
• A rash, or "sex flush" may appear over the entire body.

Phase 4: Resolution
During this phase, the body slowly returns to its normal level of functioning, and swelled and erect body parts return to their previous size and color.

This phase is marked by a general sense of well-being, enhanced intimacy and, often, fatigue. Some women are capable of a rapid return to the orgasm phase with further sexual stimulation and may experience multiple orgasms.

Men need recovery time after orgasm, called a refractory period, during which they cannot reach orgasm again. The duration of the refractory period varies among men and changes with age.

-John Majors
Fly Zones Staff Writer

Fly Zones
Discount Order Center

Get your bottle of "Liquid Sex" today and save some money for your next box of condoms.

African Fly is on sale now with your
Fly Zones Member Discount!
