My “Sex God” memory happened while I was doing the “As Seen On TV” workout routine “Insanity” with Shaun T. If you are not familiar with it, let’s just say that after just 45 days into these hellish workouts I was in the best cardio shape of my adult life.
While having sex one day I went into a zone that I had never experienced before. There was that high intensity that my girlfriend loves but I was in such great shape that I kept going. After a few minutes I had gone well past where I would have normally fallen over in a exhausted heap.
I had entered a high intensity zone where I had an incredible level of sexual stamina and could actually relax while having the best sex of my life. I left her in an exhausted heap. I was truly a “Sex God” that day.
And then a crazy thing happened…
The next time we had sex I could barely get an erection. I reached for my African Fly but it was too late. There was not going to be a repeat of the week before. Desperate to get my “Sex God” status back, I did the research and this is what I found out.
The Race Track Vs. The Marathon
Have you noticed the difference between the athletes who run the 40 yard dash and the ones who run a marathon? The track athletes tend to be more muscular and defined while the marathon runners are very slim.
The marathon runners also tend to have serious testosterone problems. When you do high cardio endurance sports like a marathon your testosterone levels drop tremendously. On the other hand, when you do high intensity weight lifting you actually increase testosterone.

Stamina is based off of the amount of oxygen your can absorb while breathing (your VO2…volume of oxygen) and your lactic acid threshold (how much of that burning sensation you can take before you yell uncle). The higher both are the more stamina you have.
Take an out of shape guy and make him run wind sprints. In no time his lungs will be screaming for oxygen and his muscles will be screaming for him to stop. If he continuously does this and uses these tips below he will be able to run much faster and longer with less pain.
Sexual Stamina Building Tips
Sleep Longer – Your body builds muscle while you sleep. Your testosterone is produced while you sleep. Your workouts will be much better with sleep and so will your sex.
Stretching Is Your Friend – An injury will put your workout on hold quick. Plus the more flexible you are the faster you are. Kung-Fu masters are so kick ass fast because they are flexible.
Find A Routine and Stick To It – A quick search for workout routines on the internet will show many techniques. Pick one that fits you and keep at it. It will take a minimum of three weeks to see big changes but it is worth it.
