If you’ve been trying to improve your testosterone, erections, and overall sexual performance then you probably have a lot of questions. Which of these products or treatments work? What’s safe? Is there a natural alternative? Today, I’m going to answer some of the most common questions that show up in the comments section!
As always, I’m Uncle B — your sexual performance coach with over 20 years of experience here to help you get your game up! Let’s get started.
I got a question for you Uncle B. What do you think about these clinics popping up about the shockwave therapy? At one point of time I was considering doing it but it just cost too much. It’s new too, so it’s hard to research.
What do I think of these shockwave clinics? Terrible idea! Your erection issues aren’t a sign that something is wrong with your penis — it’s a symptom that your entire body is out of balance. Shockwave therapy uses acoustic sound energy to stimulate cell growth and promote better sexual performance. In truth? This technology could work. But if you’re not working on solving the imbalance in your system, shockwave therapy is basically the equivalent of putting a bandaid on a stab wound and hoping it’ll heal properly. What I mean is you may see results but without addressing the root cause of the issue, your symptoms will most likely return.
Is this an okay product to take for someone with high blood pressure?
The short answer? Yes. The longer one? No. Don’t worry — I’ll explain. African Fly is technically safe for people with high blood pressure as one of the effects is the dilation of blood vessels. Plus, the lifestyle changes we recommend in addition to our supplement — eating right, exercising, getting enough sleep — are proven to help lower blood pressure. However, we do not recommend that people who take medication to manage their hypertension use African Fly. This is because we haven’t fully tested the effects of it against the myriad of medications on the market today.
Hi Sir, do you recommend using penis pumps to get a larger penis?
We’ve all been wondering the same thing ever since those Austin Powers movies came out — do penis pumps actually work? I do not recommend these devices at all! It’s hard to treat internal damage to nerve cells in your penis and fixing a situation like that may require surgery. Yikes! No thank you.
Any way to cure low sperm count?
Is there a cure? Yes! Once again, I’ve gotta emphasize that the root cause of erectile dysfunction is unbalanced overall health. If you’re not getting the proper rest, nutrition, and exercise then your penis may be feeling the consequences. On the flip side, when you prioritize your overall health, your erections will improve, too. Additionally, you can try adding some more zinc to your diet — either in the form of supplements or from foods like legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grains, potatoes, cucumbers, green beans, kale, and dark chocolate.
I’m 19 and I’ve stopped getting morning wood. Is there any limit of age when taking African Fly? What vitamins help with that and sperm?
Age ain’t nothing but a number! We’ve got customers that run the gamut on age — from as old as 80 to as young as this 19 year old in our comments section. There aren’t any limits on how old you can be to use African Fly but I would discourage young men from trying. This is because that stage of sexual growth is ideal for developing testosterone naturally. Hopefully at this age young men are treating their bodies right and focusing on getting proper nutrition, sleep, and exercise, too! It seems like the gentleman that asked the question about morning erections already has an idea that optimal health is the key to maintaining that virility; he asked about vitamins! But I want to make one thing perfectly clear — vitamins, pills, and supplements just aren’t enough. You really need a combination of supplements, like African Fly, and lifestyle changes to get the best results.
Can you take African Fly while on TRT?
Can you take African Fly while using Testosterone Replacement Therapy? I would say that, in this case, the answer is no. TRT is actually terrible for you as it can lead to infertility and you have to be on them for the rest of your life. What happens when you introduce more testosterone to your body? It tries to correct the imbalance by producing more estrogen, which in turn worsens your symptoms. Adding African Fly to that combo isn’t going to help the situation at all. But — and I’m starting to sound like a broken record here — proper nutrition, good sleep, and adequate amounts of exercise will make a difference.
The Bottom Line
There is no magical cure to improve your testosterone levels and give you better erections. You can’t just pop a pill and — poof! — all your symptoms vanish. This is a process that starts with balancing your health. It took time for your system to fall out of place so it’ll take some time to get it back in order.
African Fly will assist you in this process by working with your body’s natural functions to improve your overall health and, by extension, your sexual performance. Want to see for yourself? For a limited time, we’re offering 25% off your first order when you enter the promo code FLY25 at checkout.
