Wining, Dining & Sexual Performance
I want to give you some quick information so you understand exactly what you shouldn’t be doing before having sex. I got a call from my guy out in Seattle Washington and he was saying how he loved African Fly but sometimes he wasn’t having the results that he was expecting.
The thing that I told him is that every day your sexual performance is going to change based off of what you eat, when you sleep and certain other factors we can get into later. But what I want to share right now are the 4 things that will affect you the quickest.
A lot of it has to do with what we’ve been taught. How to wine and dine a lady before you have sex later on at night or sometimes right after that. The problem is 4 fold.
1) When You Eat
If you eat right before sex you actually diminish your sexual performance because just like they tell you not to go swimming at least 3 hours after eating, the same thing goes with sex. You want to have some time so your body can digest the food.
Your body uses the same energy of a workout to digest food so if you’re in the midst of digesting food and you’re having sex…it is like 2 workouts at the same time. You’re going to run into a problem.
2) Meat Clogs Up Your Dick
The other thing is what you eat so if you’re eating meat…meat takes a longer time to digest. Eating plants and vegetables takes 3 hours. If you are eating meat it takes up to 2 days 3 days depending on how much meat, what type of meat, excetera, excetera.
Just to let you know there is no difference between chicken, beef and fish. Your body is not designed to handle any of those meats (we talked about that in a different section) but eating meat is going to slow down your sexual performance.
3) Alcohol Makes Your Dick Woozy
So you have to be aware of wine or any type of alcohol. It has a lot of sugar in it and sugar lowers your testosterone levels for certain period of time. Also alcohol is a poison to your body that just happens to make you feel woozy.
You know it is great when you’re much younger and it doesn’t affect you but when you get older it will more and more and more. You want to avoid having alcohol.
4) Don’t Sugar Coat Your Dick
Sweets do the same thing. Sugar is going to lower your testosterone production for half an hour if you’re younger as you get older it’s going to affect you more and more and more. You want to avoid that so you have better sexual performance! It’s just it’s just a way of life.
You know we’re not supposed to be eating meat, we’re not supposed to drink alcohol and we are not supposed to be taking in sugar. All of that shows up first in your dick. It is just the way life works.
I wanted to make sure you got that message because if you’re looking to have a better sexual performance you are going to have to change some of the things that you already doing. It’s going to help boost African Fly’s effectiveness and will help boost up your sexual performance from one to three points on a sexual performance scale.
If you have some habits that you’re already doing…you’re eating meat right before sex, you’re drinking alcohol, you’re eating a lot of sweets… I want you to have that information so at least you can start thinking about ways that you can change.
