So, here’s a scenario: That girlfriend is in town and something is going on where you know within the next day you’re going to be getting it in and you don’t want to have a bad sexual performance. So, what should you do to make sure that you’re on your A game? Do you have a fail-proof sexual performance game day plan?
Well, just like the sexual performance athlete you’re supposed to be, you need to have a game plan. Now, this is for my guys who are really a 5, 6, 7, on the sexual performance scale. That’s a scale from one to 10, where 10 means everything works. One means you need to go to the hospital. Number five is, hey, you’re just sort of iffy with it.
If you’re a five, six or seven, this is perfect for you. For my guys who are one through a four, well, you need to be doing this every day regardless. Your body needs to be able to take in the goodness that you’re giving it so it can show up when you need it.
So, it’s the day before: What you do as far as your workout is concerned? Lift heavy or do high intensity interval training. When you’re lifting heavy, you’re likely to tear the muscle fibers where you’re lifting. So basically your body is going to compensate while you’re asleep by producing more testosterone to heal those muscles.
The thing you do want to do is get a good eight to 10 hours of sleep. And the reason for that, like I mentioned before, your testosterone builds while you’re asleep. So you want to make sure you’re getting high quality sleep. The main thing to remember is all the good stuff you do the day before in terms of avoiding certain foods and getting your exercise in. It’s wasted if you don’t get a good night’s sleep. That’s when all of that goodness gets turned into a better sexual performance for you.
You want to make sure you avoid sugar like the plague and avoid caffeine for a good 12 hours before you go to sleep and that’s because it will still affect your sleep. Sugar will lower your testosterone levels, and if you’re already at a five, six or seven, you need all the testosterone you can get. Eating a meat-based meal is going to cause inflammation throughout your body, and that’s not something you need.
You need your blood flow to be going to your penis without any issues. What you want to have is a plant-based diet. And the reason for that is plants actually lower inflammation. So what you want to do is get yourself some watermelon, some kale, some arugula, some spinach.
And along with that, you want to avoid masturbating to ejaculation because you’re taking your power away from yourself. You want to keep that power and use it on her. And when it comes to game time when it’s time to get it in, literally you want to make sure you warm up and stretch and do things like yoga.
When it comes down to it, the sexual performance game day plan, getting your erections ready for game day is just going back to nature.
