How To Turn Coffee Into An Aphrodisiac
I normally never drink coffee. I tend to be an energetic morning person so I just never got into it. However a few weeks ago that changed. Cranking out some projects late night, putting out major fires and handling a wholesale schedule change got me into coffee drinking mode.
All of this also lead me to eating crap food on the go, messed up my sleep patterns and kept me from working out my normal 4 times a week. These are the three basic areas that need to be on point for a good sex life. Throw in a bunch of stress and I was going down the sexual performance scale quickly.
So you can imagine my surprise when I had an erection that was larger than normal. I remember being that size in my twenties when I was really into health and fitness. To be up over my belly button when laying down and throbbing was not something I was expecting at 47 after the month I was having.
Then it hit me. It was the coffee that I had been chugging daily for a few weeks that helped me out…big time. So I did some research and what I found was exciting.
Coffee & Erections
Ahhh coffee. The ancient brew that has saved many people from failing a finals exam, losing a job because they were late or kept them up through the most boring meeting ever. It is a truly remarkable beverage…
And it is possible you may have been using it wrong.
Caffeine could reduce your likelihood of having erectile dysfunction (ED), suggests a new study from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
Researchers found that guys over the age of 20 who consumed the caffeine equivalent of 2 to 3 cups of coffee a day were less likely to report ED issues than men who steered clear of the stimulant.
Caffeine has properties similar to ED drugs like Viagra, says study coauthor Run Wang, M.D. The stimulant triggers a series of effects that cause the arteries in your penis to relax and your blood flow to increase—both keys to a strong erection.
The problem is caffeine also increases cortisol which lowers testosterone. Remember the burning and bursting of testosterone is what fuels erections.
So how does that work? Coffee relaxes arteries and increases blood flow in your penis but also lowers testosterone.
Turning Coffee Into An Erection Booster
The first part is you have to drink the coffee black…no sugar no cream. Sugar lowers your testosterone for a half an hour or more. Add it to your coffee and the combination is somewhat a shock to your body. That is why some people can drink their 8 packs of sugar coffee and feel tired soon after.
Most creamers are loaded with sugar so if you have to have cream go with skim milk.
The second part is to add in African Fly. African Fly is liquid testosterone fuel. Combined with coffee it gives a definite boost to your erection strength and size. There is no right or wrong ratio of coffee to African Fly. As long as you have a full serving of African Fly with your normal amount of coffee you will be fine.
Also you can mix them together or take them separately. Once you drink them your body knows exactly how to separate them out and put them to work.
Both African Fly and coffee are stimulants so make sure if you are taking it in the evening that you are going to have sex or workout. Otherwise you will stay awake longer than you might like.
Also don’t go overboard with either. To much of both can give you the jitters depending on your ability to tolerate them. Take your time and see what works for you.
Give it a try! Coffee without sugar and cream is actually a health beverage that gives you energy. African Fly is a health beverage that give you sexual energy. This is a combination that will really keep you up.
